He began his career as a makeup artist, then trained in brow work, where he mastered balance and structure before opening his flagship salon, Damōne Roberts Beverly Hills, in 2002.
In the chair, he shapes each brow to the client’s face: a higher arch to lengthen a rounder face, a straighter line to soften a heart-shaped one. His goal is to help every client find a signature shape that stays theirs.
