In 2002, Damone created his flagship salon, Damone Roberts Beverly Hills. In 2008 Damone Roberts New York opened in Manhattan. In 2009, he formed a strategic alliance with OPI to place a Damone Roberts Brow Station in OPI’s Salon in Studio City, CA.

Damone's philosophy is that each person exudes their individual beauty and "every face deserves the perfect frame". However, that beauty cannot be accomplished without the necessary tools. Damone Roberts and his products have been featured on countless television shows including: Oprah, MSNBC, The View, BET, Access Hollywood, Good Morning America and CNN. His makeup talents and brow expertise have also been showcased as the leader of the glam squad on TLC’s national hit television show "10 Years Younger".

In 2002, US Weekly named Damone the most important man on "Hollywood’s Hot 100 List of Things Stars Can't Live Without". Allure magazine has named him the “Best of the Best” for 2007 and 2008 and in 2009, InStyle listed Damone as “The Best” in the Ultimate Black Book of Beauty. 2009 also saw the debut of an OPI nail polish in the salons' signature wall color called "Damone Roberts 1968" which sold out worldwide in just four weeks.

Damone's distinctive flair has even immortalized him in pop culture as an answer in the 2004 edition of the Trivial Pursuit board game and in 2008 as a question on the world famous television game show Jeopardy.

In 2009, Damone Roberts also teamed up with one of the world's biggest brands, Disney. At the World Premiere of Disney's animated feature film "The Princess and The Frog", a Damone Roberts Salon was built, complete with Damone Roberts Artists to provide mini makeovers for all the attendees' daughters; transforming them into princesses for the night.

Born in Long Beach California, Damone always had big dreams. While following his love of the arts, a teacher entered one of Damone's drawings in a nationwide scholarship program at Rutgers University, to be taught by the world's best art teachers. Damone's project taking first place was a defining moment in his life. It was here that he learned about balance and structure, how to bring out a person's features and most importantly, that what makes you different and unique, can make you beautiful.

Damone considers himself a beauty therapist.
He uses his hands to create art but his experiences and an open ear are the foundation for what has made for a successful career. Damone believes his greatest success is not only showing people how to see themselves in a special way but in making them live it, love it and most importantly, believe it.
